プライバシーポリシー
本プライバシーポリシーは、KAIDO 旧街道さんぽ（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリは個人を特定する情報を収集せず、アカウント登録も不要です。利用者のデータは原則として端末内にのみ保存されます。
1. 取り扱う情報
本アプリは以下の情報のみを端末内で取り扱います。
- 位置情報: 地図上での現在地表示、スポットまでの距離計算、スポット付近（約100m以内）での音声ガイド再生・近接通知のために使用します。位置情報は原則として端末内でのみ処理されますが、「ここへナビ」の徒歩ルート案内を利用した場合に限り、ルート計算のため現在地と目的地の座標がルート提供事業者（OpenRouteService）へ送信されます（第3項参照）。弊社のサーバーへ送信・保存されることはありません。
- カメラ画像（「今昔写真くらべ」機能）: 撮影した写真は端末内で浮世絵画像と合成されます。処理は端末内で完結し、利用者が共有操作を行わない限り外部送信されません。
- 利用記録（お気に入り、踏破・訪問記録、各種設定、バッジ）: 端末内にのみ保存されます。
2. 利用目的
- 地図表示および現在地・距離の表示
- スポット付近での音声ガイド再生および近接通知
- 「今昔写真くらべ」画像の生成
- 踏破・訪問の記録と達成バッジの表示
3. 外部との通信
本アプリは、以下の場合に限り外部と通信します。
- 地図タイルの取得: 地図を表示するため、OpenStreetMap のタイルサーバー（
tile.openstreetmap.org）に対し、表示範囲を示すタイル座標（ズーム値・XY値）を含むリクエストを送信します。利用者の正確な現在地そのものが送信されることはありません。取得したタイルは端末内にキャッシュされます。OpenStreetMap の取り扱いについては OpenStreetMap Foundation のプライバシーポリシー をご参照ください。 - 徒歩ルートの計算: 「ここへナビ」で徒歩ルート案内を利用した場合のみ、現在地と目的地の座標を OpenRouteService（ルート提供事業者）へ送信し、徒歩ルートを取得します。これは利用者がナビを開始したときにのみ行われ、取得したルートを弊社が保存することはありません。OpenRouteService における取り扱いは同社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
- 外部リンクの表示: 利用規約・本ポリシー等のリンクを開く際、端末の標準ブラウザで該当ページにアクセスします。
- アプリ評価のリクエスト: OS 標準のレビュー機能（App Store / Google Play）を利用します。これらは各プラットフォームが提供する機能であり、本アプリが評価内容を取得することはありません。
上記以外の情報（位置情報、カメラ画像、利用記録、操作ログ等）は一切外部送信されません。本アプリは独自のバックエンドサーバーを保有していません。
4. トラッキング
本アプリは利用者をトラッキングしません。NSPrivacyTracking = false を宣言しており、第三者トラッキング SDK・広告・解析サービスは一切使用していません。
5. データの保存と暗号化
- すべての利用者データは端末内にのみ保存されます。
- 設定・記録等のデータは AES-GCM により暗号化して保存され、暗号鍵は端末のセキュアストレージ（iOS: Keychain / Android: Keystore）で保護されます。
- 「今昔写真くらべ」の共有用画像は一時領域に生成され、共有後およびアプリ起動時に削除されます。生成時に元画像の位置情報（EXIF/GPS）は除去されます。
6. 第三者提供
本アプリは利用者情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。
7. 端末の権限
本アプリは以下の権限を任意で利用します。いずれも許可は任意であり、許可しない場合でも地図・解説の閲覧など主要な機能はご利用いただけます。
- 位置情報: 現在地・距離の表示、近接時の音声ガイド・通知
- カメラ: 「今昔写真くらべ」機能
- 通知: スポット近接時のお知らせ、区間達成・完走のお知らせ
8. 利用者の権利
利用者は以下の操作をアプリ内で行うことができます。
- お気に入り・踏破記録の追加・削除
- 地図タイルキャッシュの削除
- アプリの削除（削除時にすべての端末内データが破棄されます）
9. 子どもの利用について
本アプリは個人を特定する情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず利用可能です。ただし未成年者の利用については保護者の同意のもとで行ってください。屋外での利用時は周囲の安全に十分ご注意ください。

本ポリシーの内容は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更があった場合は本ページ上に掲載します。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the "KAIDO" application (hereinafter "the App") handles user information. The App does not collect personally identifiable information and does not require account registration. User data is, in principle, stored only on the device.
1. Information We Handle
The App handles the following information on the device only.
- Location data: Used to show your current position on the map, calculate distances to spots, and play the audio guide / show proximity notifications when you are near a spot (within about 100 m). Location data is processed on the device only, except that when you use the "Navigate here" walking-route guidance, your current location and the destination are sent to a routing provider (OpenRouteService) to compute the route (see Section 3). It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Camera images (the "Then & Now" feature): Captured photos are composited with ukiyo-e images on the device. Processing is completed on the device and nothing is transmitted externally unless you choose to share it.
- Usage records (favorites, visit/completion records, settings, badges): Stored on the device only.
2. Purpose of Use
- Displaying the map and your current position and distances.
- Playing the audio guide and showing proximity notifications near a spot.
- Generating "Then & Now" composite images.
- Recording visits/completion and showing achievement badges.
3. External Communication
The App communicates externally only in the following cases.
- Map tiles: To display the map, the App requests tiles from the OpenStreetMap tile servers (
tile.openstreetmap.org), including tile coordinates (zoom and X/Y values) that indicate the visible area. Your precise location itself is not transmitted. Retrieved tiles are cached on the device. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy for details. - Walking route calculation: Only when you use "Navigate here" walking-route guidance, the coordinates of your current location and the destination are sent to OpenRouteService (a routing provider) to obtain the walking route. This happens only when you start navigation, and we do not store the returned route. Please refer to OpenRouteService's own privacy policy for how they handle the data.
- External links: When you open links such as the Terms of Use or this policy, the relevant page is accessed in your device's default browser.
- App review prompts: The App uses the OS-native review feature (App Store / Google Play). These are provided by each platform, and the App does not obtain the content of your review.
No other information (location data, camera images, usage records, operation logs, etc.) is transmitted externally. The App does not operate its own backend server.
4. Tracking
The App does not track users. We declare NSPrivacyTracking = false, and we do not use any third-party tracking SDKs, advertising, or analytics services.
5. Data Storage and Encryption
- All user data is stored only on the device.
- Settings and records are stored encrypted with AES-GCM, and the encryption key is protected by the device's secure storage (iOS: Keychain / Android: Keystore).
- The "Then & Now" share image is generated in a temporary location and is deleted after sharing and on app launch. Location metadata (EXIF/GPS) is stripped from the source image during generation.
6. Third-Party Disclosure
The App does not provide or sell user information to third parties.
7. Device Permissions
The App optionally uses the following permissions. All of them are optional, and core features such as viewing the map and commentary remain available even if you decline.
- Location: Showing your position/distances and the proximity audio guide / notifications.
- Camera: The "Then & Now" feature.
- Notifications: Proximity alerts near a spot and stage/route completion notices.
8. User Rights
Users can perform the following actions within the App:
- Add or delete favorites and visit records.
- Clear the map tile cache.
- Uninstall the App (all on-device data is discarded upon uninstallation).
9. Use by Children
The App does not collect personally identifiable information and can be used regardless of age. However, minors should use the App with parental consent. Please pay close attention to your surroundings when using the App outdoors.
10. Policy Changes
This policy may be changed without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
